Teresa and Dr. Brad married in 2012. Recognizing Teresa & McKenzie’s business expertise, Dr. Brad encouraged both to take the responsibility of managing his practice as a business. Their degrees in business & marketing along with their experience in the business world brought BIG financial changes to Dr. Williams’ practice. Seeing the magnitude of increased profits and the overall improvement in the Skiatook practice, Dr. Brad persuaded them to create a one-day training management seminar for his students and their staff. This course reflects the practice model used to transform and currently manage orthodontics in our busy rural general practice.
